if Michael has escaped in the jumper even though he does not have the ATA gene and should not be able to fly the frackin' jumper!.

But... he's had a Carson clone (who has the ATA gene - and who has all the knowledge about the ATA gene therapy!) captive for over a year and has spent all that time monkeying around with genetics - his own included. What if he does now have the ATA gene?!! :/
